Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Arnett Front Range Construction ("we," "us") is a construction and remodeling company located at Elizabeth, CO. This policy describes what information this website collects and how we use it. Questions? Email us at ryan@arnettfrc.com.

Information We Collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

Automatic information. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may log standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser type as part of operating and securing the site. We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used (see Analytics below). We do not run any advertising trackers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site. It collects:

  • which pages you view and how you move between them
  • basic interactions, such as scroll depth, clicks on phone, email, or outside links, file downloads, and when a form is started or sent (never what you type)
  • your approximate location (city or region, worked out from your IP address)
  • your device type, operating system, and browser
  • how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine, a link, or typing the address)

Google Analytics uses your IP address to estimate your location but does not log or store it. We don't run ads, and we don't use Google's advertising features (such as Google Signals or ad personalization). We never send the contents of our contact form (your name, email, phone number, or message) to Google.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on this site: _ga, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and _ga_<ID> (where <ID> identifies our analytics property), which keeps track of your current visit. Each lasts up to 2 years after your last visit. If you opt out, these cookies are deleted and no new ones are set.

Retention. Google Analytics keeps user- and event-level data for 14 months; after that it is deleted. Aggregated statistics that don't identify you (for example, monthly page-view totals) may be kept longer.

Google's role. We have turned off Google Analytics data sharing with Google, so Google processes this data on our behalf, as our service provider, under its data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics for you at all.

Opt out of analytics

Turn analytics off for this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage (not a cookie); clearing your browser data turns analytics back on.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services, which may process your IP address when your browser loads them:

  • Microsoft Azure — website hosting, and processing and emailing contact-form messages to us
  • Google Analytics — site usage statistics (see Analytics above)
  • Google Maps — the maps on our home and contact pages are static images of our service area made without Google, so viewing them sends nothing to Google. Clicking a map opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's Privacy Policy applies.

Each operates under its own privacy policy.

How We Use and Share Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate this website (see above) or as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, then delete it in the normal course of business. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing ryan@arnettfrc.com.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
